Default Shield 45 Night Sights

I've had my Shield 45 for a few months now and am looking to put night sights on it. Looking to find best price and brands/types for this any recommendations ? (not installing myself so no concern over that aspect)

Anymore you can find a quality set of night sights for under $100. Trijicons will still typically run over $100; as well as, the truglo TFX. The average cost for standard truglos or ameriglos is ~ $70-85.

I love Dawson Precision. I have them on everything I carry and/or compete with.

I've replaced my factory 3-dot night sights with the 2-dot Ameriglo SW-601's on my full size, and the SW-345's on my Shield. I haven't changed out my compacts yet since I'm using my full size slide on my compact frame. I'm in the process of buying a M2.0 and i'll put the SW-601's on it too.

The Ameriglo's have some affiliation with Trijicon since they have Trijicon written on the sights.

Replaced the sights on my Shield 9mm with XS Big Dot sights. Love them. Easy front sight acquisition and quick aiming to fire. Easy to put every shot in an 8 inch paper plate at 25yards. Good enough for me since my Shield will never be used as a target weapon. Across the living room or the length of my truck is what I bought the Shield for. Got other weapons to target shoot with.

FYI -- all tritium vials in all brands of tritium night sights are made by Trijicon

I like the trijicon HD night sights. I like the u shape rear because picking up the front sight is so much easier regardless if it is yellow or orange. I put some on my shield 45 and they look great!

I put Truglos on my Shield 40 about two years ago and they have held up great.
