Default M&P 9 PC ported ammo question S&B vs CCI

So good deal on SELLIER & BELLOT 124gr vs CCI Blazer Brass 124 Grain Full Metal Jacket $10 a box with free shipping. Any of you have experience running these through your m&p? I understand that S&B is loaded to NATO specs but I don't mind as the m&p does fine with+p. Never used either brand so just looking for someone with personal experience. Thank you!

I've never used S&B, and use plenty of Blazer Brass 115fmj in my full size MP (never an issue), BUT note that CCi labels the Blazer boxes and their customer service dept has told me (and others here) that round should not be used in ported barrels. The plating they use is thin and could flake off in the ports.
So for my PC Shield, i instead use Remington UMC and Herters for range ammo and keep the Blazer for my non-ported model.

In general there are a few ammo manus that label their rounds for non-ported use only, i cant speak for S&B's ammo.

I shoot both. Their both fine.

S&B is owned by CBC out of Sao Paulo Brazil. They also own Magtech and M.E.N (Metallwerk Elisenhütte Nassau), which manufactures ammo for the German military

I have but not through a ported barrel. S&B is hot ammo, the first time I shot their 115gr the rounds were bouncing off of the ceiling coming out of the extractor, it was pretty funny, even the guy at the station next to me stopped and asked WTH ammo was I shooting
