M&P 40 full size

My M&P 40 is locked up/jammed it won't pull back. There is no case in the chamber causing it to jam. It seems to be catching something from making the slide go back. Anyone have this problem or know what to do? All input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Have you checked all of the controls? Maybe one of them is out of place, slide stop, etc.
