Default M&P 22 Compact
Does anyone know if anyone makes an optic mount that will fit in the dove tail of the 22 compact? Last I checked no one was since Smith went to a proprietary cut upon buying out Walther.

I have a 22 compact. It was made in the USA by S&W. It is not a Walther gun in any way. As far as I know the rear sight dovetail is not proprietery. That might have been true for the Walter made full size MP 22.

If by "optic mount" you mean new sights, Williams Fire Sights makes a nice set for the 22 Compact. Also Dawson Precision has target, fiber-optic, and tritium sights for the 22 Compact.
