Do I have A Problem !!
Bought my Shield .45 in November 2016. Cleaning it after shooting yesterday and found this. Crack on right side of chamber.

Can you see the "crack" on the outside of the barrel? If not, I think it might be a scratch from something that was on your patch/brush when you cleaned the bore. If you can see the crack on the outside of the barrel then it's time to send it back to Smith.

If you see a crack inside you have a problem whether you see it outside or not! It's highly unlikely that you could scratch the inside with proper cleaning tools.
DON'T shoot the gun again until it is properly evaluated!!

I totally agree. While there may be nothing wrong, getting a diagnosis online in any forum is not the way to evaluate. Send the gun to S&W.

Another thought would be if you have a local machine shop that does small part engineering take it in and have someone look at it, they are likely qualified metallurgists and can evaluate the marking you see.
