M&P 45 MAGS HARD TO LOAD
Anyone having problem loading the mags? If the follower is pushed in the center the follower pushes down with no problem. When loading I have a very hard time getting more than 3 rounds in the mag. I have very strong hands and im having a lot of trouble loading the mags. To get a round in I must push the previous round down with one finger while attemping to get the next round in. This SUCKS........ Anyone else have trouble?

Yep. - get a mag loader, load them up and let them sit. They will get better after a break in period.

I just had this same issue. I used the little mag loader that came with one of my glocks. I loaded them up and let them sit over night, now I have no problem

I find I can load the 7-rd. mags, but not the 6-rd. mag. The spring in the 6 rd mag must be the same as the 7 rds. mags! I must use my Uplula on it!

Yea they are a bear when new. Mine loosened up after a quick 2-250 rounds.
You definitely need to get a MagLula UpLula
Look through the threads in this Forum. Several threads on loading, Maglula's, etc.
You think loading it is bad??? Wait till you try to pull the 7 rounder apart and get it back together!!! LOL
Several threads on that subject also with videos to help

I had the same issue and bought an Maglula UpLULA Universal Pistol Magazine Loader. It is fast and easy now, I do second others who have stated to load your mags and let them sit for a week, the springs will loosen up.

And until you get your mag loader, charge your chamber with the first round in the mag, not the last and then have to put another one in at the end!

OK, I know a little old lady that uses a mag loader, I dont want to be like her. I called Smith & Wesson today, They said this is normal. They said to use a thin screwdriver to push the follower down then load. I think I will use the screwdriver, Its the manly thing to do you know........

Well, truth be told, I've been using the handle of a wood kitchen spoon, but I'm not taking that to the range.
A mag loader is on the way. Besides, it's universal for several calibers.
