I agree. The S9 is a great sub-compact. I've recently bought one and have put around 400 rounds (115 and 125 gr range quality [FMJ]) and 75 Hornady Critical Defense rounds (115 gr [JHP]) through it. I also have the Crimson Tide LaserGuard 489 on it. At each range visit, I shoot about half the time with the laser off and half with it on.
Anyway, at the risk of jinxing my experience with it, I can say that it has great aim (with and without the laser) and has performed flawlessly. It is my main EDC firearm.
My only complaint (hey! gotta have at least one!) is that I carry with one in the chamber and when I insert a full mag when a round is already chambered, it takes a relatively huge whack with my heel of my hand to the bottom of the mag to get it to click and lock into place.
