Hello was wondering if crimson trace laser sight will fit with houge sleeve grip.

Although I haven't tried it, I am pretty sure the Hogue sleeve is elastic enough it will be fine.

I've heard the grip sleeves are a very tight fit so I'd be worried the sleeve would activate the laser.

I think you'd have to trim the grip for the Crimson Trace Guard version. The CTG is a close fit to the standard grip and certainly won't go over the Hogue grip. I have Talon Grip on my Shield 9 with the CTG over that and it's tight. For sure, you can't put the grip over CTG or the laser would be on all the time.
