Default They're Here--

I work for an FFL, and my boss worked out a three-corner-bank shot trade for me with a friend of his back East-- and I am now the new owner of a 9mm Shield with the 3-dot "night" sights, and a .40 Shield Performance Center model with the ported barrel and the circus-act sights-- I am really eager to touch that particular little firework off! I expect my wife will relieve me of the 9mm, though, and that's cool, her Glock 19 is even big on her, and I get to play with the .40. Besides, I still have the 1076, and the Model 19, and--and--and--

Going to try to post a photo I just took of the two with my 637, which has been my EDC for a while now, loaded with the last of my Federal NyClads-- let's see if this works, it's my first shot at posting a photo here-- nope, image has to have a url, that's disappointing-- guess it'll have to wait till I can find a new host, screw those guys over at the old host-- anyway, VERY excited, and now I have a new caliber to feed, it's my first .40 Smitty--

It sounds like a couple nice additions.

For what its worth, I created a private folder on my facbook (or any other account that you can post images with) account, to post pics I wanted to share on my various forums. It's kind of simple work around, that might help you out.

Thanks, my friend, I'll try that when I catch a break-- getting Lifed to death at the moment. I'm quite happy with them-- at the prices it was a no-brainer in any case, and I like my full-size 9mm. I got that a while back when I realized I'd been carrying some very nice pistols at work (retail manager in a large firearms shop), like yeah the 1076 that I bought off my boss in a moment of weakness and it makes him nutz now when he sees it, wishing he'd never sold it-- heh heh-- or the Detonics Combat Master, or some weird old Colt or other-- then it hit me that if I had to actually shoot someone I'd probably never see the pistol again-- so I picked up the M&P because the price was right-- and it was light, which is more important as I get older, but mostly because I wasn't emotionally invested in it like I am, say, the round-butt 2" Model 19-- but I've come to quite like it, so I already had an idea what to expect with the Shields. Damn, don't think I've talked this much in three years--

You can insert a thumbnail of your picture by clicking on the "Go Advanced" feature when you post a message. When you click on "Go Advanced" their are additional features you can use and one of them is the paperclip feature. When you hover your mouse over the paperclip it says "Attachments". Just click on the paper clip then a new window pops up that says "Manage Attachments". The first block in the pop up says "Upload File from your computer". Click on "Choose File" and scroll to the picture you want to post the click on "Upload". That's it. See below for my picture.
