So theres no issues shooting +p+ out of Smith & Wesson M&P barrels?

Just noticed that was +P+.
I can't answer that. I suspect limited shooting would be ok. +P is fine though.

"• “Plus-P” (+P) ammunition generates pressures in excess of the
pressures associated with standard ammunition. Such pressures
may affect the wear characteristics or exceed the margin of safety.
Use of “Plus-P” ammunition may result in the need for more fre-
quent service.

• “Plus-P-Plus” (+P+) ammunition must not be used in Smith &
Wesson firearms. This marking on the ammunition designates that
it exceeds established industry standards, but the designation
does not represent defined pressure limits and therefore such
ammunition may vary significantly as to the pressures generated
and could be DANGEROUS.

• Some brands of ammunition may cause difficulty in extracting
spent cartridge cases from the chamber. If this situation occurs,
thoroughly clean the chamber with solvent. If this condition per-
sists, we recommend changing to another brand of ammunition"

The barrel is not the problem. S&W does NOT recommend +P+ because there is no SAAMI standard for +P+, and it is loaded to whatever the maker chooses. The owners manual says you can use any SAAMI standard ammunition, but does not guarantee overpressure, non-SAAMI standard for use in M&Ps. I know from experience and testing that some +P+ ammunition is not very much over SAAMI standards, but some special +P+ ammunition has been produced that is way over SAAMI standards and may even be more than proof loads. My observation of competitors shooting over pressure 9mm handloads up to "major power 9mm " has been that parts breakage can be a problem.
Since nobody knows what +P+ you intend to use, nobody will guarantee you not to break something.
