Likely, a long time... Honestly though, my last "mag" rebate took over 4 months!!
This was a previous offer from last year on M&P 15s.

They still haven't mailed rebate checks for purchases from May.

My purchase was in Sept. Has now appeared on Milano web site so patience is required. This is the ammo and mag rebate. Didn't get in on the $75 deal.

Same, my purchase from 30-Sep and filed electronically on 6-Oct, just appeared today (6-Dec) in the Milano site, and it indicates entry date of 13-Nov (whatever that means). It just says valid submission, but of course, no ship date as yet.
This was on a 2.0 Compact.

My ammo/magazine rebate was accepted by them 8/31. Still waiting. They are apparently out of magazines for some guns, and mine is one of those. So over the max 12 weeks on mine.

I submitted my rebate info on-line in early August. The Milano database shows the data was entered on August 14, 2017. Yesterday I received an email from FedEX that a package from SAW was being shipped and would arrive on Friday...Adult signature required.
As an FYI, the email will come from " [email protected]".
It looks like the boneheads at S&W still believe ammunition cannot be delivered to a residence without having an adult sign for it which is nonsense since I have had numerous ammunition shipments delivered by both FedEx and UPS without an adult signature being required.

As a bit of an update, I called S&W customer service today, which was a different number than the copy of the rebate form I kept, because that number just kept sending me to a mailbox that was full (I believe that was Milano).
I called this number: Smith & Wesson Customer Service: 1-800-331-0852
and the CSR indicated that if my Milano site date showed November, 13th, it would be February before I would receive my rebate.
Figured this might be useful for those with rebates still out.

Just got my Fedex email indicating SAW package coming yet this week. So much for their estimate of Feb date for delivery when I called S&W based on Milano showing a November submission received date, but glad to have it sooner. Like others, no update of the shipping date on the Milano site (at least as yet).

Although I understand your frustration (I'm still waiting on my rebate), the rebate company is simply a contractor for S&W, in this case. S&W is not directly responsible. Yes, I know they made the choice to hire the company and so forth, but I will continue to make my firearms choices about the actual product ... (which does include Glock and others btw).

Thats promising. I'm waiting on a couple of those. Would you let us know whether you receive 15 or 17 round magazines?
Thanks again

So I submitted mine about 2 wks before the deadline in Aug for the Compact 2.0. I recently when on their site and it said "submission was invalid and will mail back". I called Milano yesterday based on the phone provided on this thread. Spoke witha lady and she was able to correct the issue but didnt clarify what the issue was. Then today i get an fedex email with a tracking number out of Paducah, KY. I haven't a clue what its for so I can only assume its from SW rebate (tell me if Im wrong). I say try and call, i was very polite and understanding. They lady herself was very nice too.

Received the package today. Since it needed a signature, and I wasn't sure I'd have someone available today, I went to Fedex's website and had the package sent to my local Walgreens and picked it up on the way home today. In case folks are having issues being available to sign for the package, this is an option you might look into.
Got the 17 round magazines.
A bit disappointed as I was hoping they would send the compact 2.0 flush fit magazines.
Not a huge deal, as they will fit, and the sleeves packaged with the gun fit, but wondering if I should provide S&W some feedback on not supplying the flush fit mags for the 2.0 Compact.

I think you should and just see what they say and if they will offer some sort of alternative. particularly on how long a majority of us are just waiting. I see like Beetle Juice sitting in line with a number on the couch.

Don't submit it online if at all possible.
I'm currently in "negotiations' over my .45 Shield rebate.
I really don't want the ammo ( I only carry DT) and the
mag loader is reportedly not what it seems to be.
Could use the 2 spare mags.
Would have rather spent my money on a Walther .45 and
got the $100 Visa card without any grief.
