What is the actual weight of the Shield 9?
I'm sure someone on this forum can answer this question. The S&W website lists the weight of the Shield 9 as 20.8oz, but Genitron and most reviews list the weight as 19oz. My guess, and it's just a guess, is that the weight is 19oz without a mag, and the 7-round mag weighs 1.8oz empty. Does someone know for sure?

So, is the 1lb 3oz with an empty mag or without?

Empty gun. Nothing in it. So 19 oz is correct.

Getting kinda picky ain't we.. If your having a problem with .8 oz, you probably shouldn't be carrying a Shield anyway...
