Default Summer Hideaway Rebate

I bought an M&P 2.0 - 9 back in beginning of July and immediately sent in rebate online. After about 2 weeks, I got an email from Milano telling me they received my rebate info. Now it's been 2 months and I haven't received anything, and I checked their website and it says no info found? I tried to call Milano, but get recording telling me to leave message. Then they say the voice mailbox is full. Total BS! I won't say the rebate was the main reason I bought the Pistol, but it did influence my decision. Does anyone know a way to let S&W know how poorly Milano is handling these rebates? I'm getting more than a little irritated!

Sent mine on july 28th..mine is listed online..takes couple calls get thru....8 weeks what i was told..smith is sending the stuff.

OMG! Read the previous posts about this takes time to get the rebate.myself when I get it I get not going to lose any sleep over it

Got mine last week took about two months In total. Mine was for the mags, ammo, and speed loader came from S&W, if yours is for money will take longer my previous rebate took about four months.

I tried to submit mine online but it gave me an error saying that there is no record of my serial number. I had to mail it in. I sent a picture of my serial number along with the paperwork. Hope it goes through.

I sent my Shield rebate in on June 18th. Their website says "no information found". I called last week and they confirmed that my rebate had been received and I would be mailed out Mid-September. I wouldn't worry about it too much.

My point was that it is totally retarded that they sent an email saying that they had received my paperwork, but their system doesn't have any record of my paperwork! It's just piss poor business. The end date for the rebate is Sept 30th - I sent the damn stuff on July 10th - should I send it again? It's $180 worth of stuff! It's just beyond incompetence.

No. They said they recieved it. It just hasn't been put into the system so you can see it. That deadline is to send it in, you've done that.
I think they're a little swamped right now.
I've heard of no one who's sent a rebate in not getting a rebate.

You'll see advice to enter only your name and ZIP code on the Milano site to check status. My inquiries always returned a "not found" or equivalent message until I tried ZIP +4. It may have been a coincidence for me and my timing, but you might try it.

And the best advice is just to relax. It'll come when it comes.

Good advice. While I am not in a hurry for the rebate, was curious about the zip code thing you mention. When entering my info with just the regular 5 digit zip code it would yield a no info found message, but when entering the zip +4 it does show the status, I submitted the rebate info a week or so after I purchased my PC Shield 9mm in mid June, status shows a rebate ship date of Sept 6. So anyone checking your rebate status on line I would definitely suggest you try it with the +4 as wrangler5 discovered.

Sent mine in online on July 6th and received it today. Got a Fedex shipping notification on Tuesday and was listed as coming from SAW (local S&W distribution hub) and the order number is listed as Perfect07/27/2017 and my name. I'm assuming the date is when S&W processed it on their end. Could be wrong. My information never made it onto the Milano list for this particular rebate and the shipping coming from a SAW location close to me, I think Milano may not be processing this particular rebate.

Call 800-331-0852...talk to Adella @ S&W to make a complaint...
