I submitted 2 different applications for rebates by mail. The first around the end of May. The second the first week of July. I received a rebate check on Aug. 11 and have heard nothing since then.
Per another thread, I went to the Milano On Line Rebate Inquiry and filled in my zip and last name. Response was:"There is no record of a claim with the information provided."
I then tried the phone number provided. Was instructed to leave a message. When I entered "one" to leave a message, the response was that the mailbox was full.
Any suggestions where to go from here? I hope that it is just that the system is overwhelmed. I bought a total of 4 Shields, one for each of my sons and 2 for me(I guess I'm selfish).
I guess as you can see from my post count that I don't get here often. But, this is the premier forum for S&W.
