I bought a m2.0 on july 27th and forgot to submit rebate form
until this week
I filled out the form and hit submit
It came back saying no record of serial number
I called customer service and they said since it was purchased recently I would have to mail it in which I did
They said customer service will verify serial number
Has anyone else had this issue

The same thing happened to me. I called customer and they verified the serial number and said to mail the rebate form.

I ordered mine earlier this month and picked it up on September 12th. When I spoke with the customer service representative, he didn't offer to verify the serial number until I asked him to do so. That's when he confirmed that it was correct and that I should mail in the rebate form.

I am gonna call them Monday morning and ask them to verify like you did
One would think after almost 2 months they would have the serial number oh well

I just had this happen with the 2.0 compact I bought a couple of days ago.

My dealer said it was eligible for the rebate but I am not sure that is correct. Still, for the cost of a stamp it is worth a shot. A couple of more 15 round compact magazines would be nice, they are so new I cannot find any to buy.

Must be the compacts I bought a 9c and had this issue. No big deal they verified it qualifies for the rebate over the phone.
