I bought a Shield 9 back in May. Shoots nice tight groups, goes bang every time and runs everything I feed it.
I bought 2 more Shield 9s at the end of June and close friends bought 4 in various calibers.
Six of the Shields were purchased online from Palmetto State Armory. The exception was 1 bought from Sportsmans Outdoor Superstore. Both were super easy and prompt. SOS took a few extra days before they shipped it but no big deal.
The rebates were submitted online for all 7 Shields and as of today all 7 rebates were received.
Lets recap: 7 great running Shields. Super easy to purchase online. Rebates took a little over 3 months to get a check in the mail, but all were sucessful!
I wish everything in life was like the Shield experience.  Great little gun for a super great price!

Sounds like Sportsmans Outdoor Superstore was a good experience for you. I had looked at them previously before I bought my Bersa from Buds. Their prices were far less than Buds and was tempted to purchase through them but was skeptical of the low pricing. Thought maybe these were "customer/dealer returns" hence the low cost.

I wanted a no safety model and they were out of stock at PSA, but SOS had them and members of this forum had made positive comments about SOS, so I ordered it from them. Worked out great!
