Default Good, inexpensive IWB Shield holster

I recently bought an IWB holster for my Shield which has turned out to be very satisfactory, particularly since it only cost $20 plus $4 shipping.

I generally prefer OWB carry in a leather pancake holster, but decided to get an IWB holster for the ease of putting on or removing one with a clip. I had bought an inexpensive Ruger LC9 holster (on the left in the photo) a couple of years ago for my wife, who had wanted one more for glovebox or console storage than IWB wear. When I checked with my wife, I was surprised to find that she was very pleased with the holster, which had prompted her to carry IWB much more frequently. After trying her setup for several days, I ordered a Shield version of her holster.

The holster is by Foxtrotconcealment and is a one-piece, fold-over design. It has adjustable retention, covers the gun's muzzle and safety, has a sweat shield, and the clip can be adjusted for canted or straight carry. The holster is comfortable to wear and holds my Shield securely.

My wife and I like our holsters and joke about both of them costing less than one typical holster.

Them, Concealment Express, We The People...and a few others are all practically the same, with a few differences. And they all are comparably priced. They have special prices now and then. Thatís a good price for the one you got.

I traded into a Shield a few years ago that came with one of these Tagua/Bladetech IWB holsters, and I've been highly pleased with it. Looks like they can be had for under $20,delivered.
Check it out.....

When I bought my Crimson Trace laser I got a Blade Tech IWB holster and its not bad but the fat clip over belt and the kydex is so thin it will rub the finish from gun easy.

The holster retains the gun by frame not slide but any movement and holster rubs slide, so I bought a Clinger Comfort Cling for $25. shipped IWB holster and its the best $$ I ever spent!

I have a RH IWB holster that works great. Love the clip. I also go a LH one for small of the back. I use the LH one more often.
They've been emailing me a 10% off promo.

I bought a blackhawk ARC and have been using that one. A nice bonus is that it's easy to tuck around it. Having the depth of carry adjustable is nice as well. Only downside is the lack of a sweat shield.
