I am looking for a rear sight like this for a Shield that I can use with a Hi Viz front sight. Any suggestions, besides just blacking out the stock sight?

Have a set of Ameriglo Hawthorne sights on my M&P, great improvement

Lots of folks make them. One came on my M&P9 Pro, as did a fiber optic front sight. Warren makes one ( Sevigny) that looks just like that, but with a square notch. Probably make a U shaped notch too.
