As many negative comments on the 2.0 grip texture as I have seen, I am surprised it is on the shield.

Is the Shield 2.0 really 2oz. lighter that the 1.0? I heard they weighed the 2.0 without a mag thus shows it lighter?

I for one, love the more aggressive texture. In fact, because of it, I ordered the "sand" version of the Talon grip for my PC Shield. My appreciation for it began while shooting this summer in a very hot and humid indoor range. My hands were very moist, but the grip texture compensated wonderfully! I'm a fan!!
