Default M&P 2.0 .45acp/460 Rowland Conversion?

Anyone have the M&P 2.0 in .45acp & done the 460 Rowland conversion? I'm curious about the felt recoil vs doing the conversion on say a Gen4 Glock 21. Thanks!

Have no personal knowledge about that but would strongly believe that it would cause a considerable reduction in service life of either the Glock or an S&W.

Neither were designed with that round in mind. Don

True, especially when you're using Underwood/DoubleTap. The Glock 20/21 frame is the same as the Glock 17 frame correct? The 2.0 frames seem more rigid then the Glock frames, to me at least.

I should have said, Christopher67, that I'm all for people enjoying the shooting sports and want people to explore the realm so to speak. Just a post suggesting caution. Don

This statement keys me in that you should perhaps undertake a bit more learning before going after the higher level cartridges in handgun reloading. We're trying to express our concern for your safety very nicely.

To directly answer your question: No. The frame is smaller in grip diameter and magazine well size for the 17.

Thats obvious, I'm talking about frame rigidity.
