Another good day at the range with the Body Guard
Another great morning at the range (75 rounds) with my Body Guard. Now approaching 900 trouble free rounds using Hornady American Gunner. Love this little pistol

Looks like good shooting, and a great time.
How long have you been shooting your Body Guard to already have close to 900 rounds thru it?

About three years.

7 yards that is some good group shooting.
Keep shooting your gun still looks new.

Great day with the Body Guard .380
It's no surprise to many of you that I am a big fan of my M&P Body Guard .380, that I've owned about three years. There is nothing about this great little pistol I don't like. I shot another 75 100% reliable rounds through it today. Nearly 900 rounds through a .380 pocket pistol is a lot; but I enjoy shooting the BG. Hope many of you feel the same

I have the Shield9 and the M&P bodyguard 380. They are my 2 most carried pistols....small, light, inexpensive, great little carry guns imo

I have 1,500 rounds through mine, not 1 failure.
I painted my front sight with white paint just like the photo.
easier to find my target.

It's good to hear that you're having no trouble from this gun. I don't see .380Auto pistols that are trouble free very often.

I was expecting some issues around the 1,000 round mark....so I installed new recoil springs and bought a new magazine. Probably didn't need it. I guess most of the bugs have been worked out in the M&P bodyguards? (The first version Bodyguards got plenty of complaints.)

Good day at the range trumps anything but sex, and I'm not sure about that!

I took my Body Guard .380 to the range first time yesterday. I was going to post something but I got sidetracked. I tried four types of ammo, four different magazines. Everything went without a hitch. I even mixed multiple types of ammo together and it shot without a hitch. Very nice. Also, not bad to shoot. But...I got a nice patch of skin worn of the webbing at the base of my thumb. I didn't even realize it was happening until I got home. I shot about 200 rounds, so I probably over did it. But I wanted to make sure it worked and I was having a lot of fun. I'm not sure if it might not have been caused by the Talon grip tape I put on it? But then again, you don't usually shoot that gun 200 rounds at a time, so I really don't care. Kept everything inside the ten on a standard (DHS) silhouette from 15, so I am very happy. Its going to be my new EDC.
In case anyone is curious, here is what I shot - Federal 90 gr. Hydra-Shok, PMS 90 gr. FMJ, Hornady 90 gr. FTX, and my own reloads, 100 gr. Rainier RN with 3.0 grains of bullseye.
