Quick Price Check: M&P .45 C 1.0 with Extras
Fella is offering me a 1.0 M&P .45 with Apex trigger, Trijicon night sight on the front end (rear is adjustable), 3 mags, and all the usual stuff.
Asking $525.....is he in the ballpark?
Here's a pic:

Not at all. He never said new....so I'm assuming used. I only paid $400 for my Shield 2.0 .45....but I'm not familiar with .45 M&Ps. Checked gunbroker but no sales in the 2 pages listed. It seems on the high side of close to fair...and of course there's no FFL, shipping or tax here in WA state (total of that comes to $100).

I think the Apex trigger is about $179, the Trijicon sights ain't cheap and the extra mags at least $30 each. I presume it came with two. I would think that is a good price. I would offer $475, and maybe pay $500 if he balked. To me, the 2.0 does not diminish the value of the 1.0 in the least. I have a 9mm Shield 1.0 and have no desire to "upgrade" to a 2.0. Wouldn't pay $50 to trade up even if I could.

I'm sure we all realize as soon as the 45C 2.0 is announced the prices should drop substantially on the 1.0s. Of course if you prefer the 1.0 it's not a big deal, but it could affect your resale value in the future.
I have a 45C, and am anxious to see if a 2.0 is coming. I'm not sure that the 2.0 will get me to give up my original, but I'll make that decision when I see the new 2.0 45C should it ever become reality.

In addition to a multitude of 9s and 40s, I have an M&P 45 full size and a compact. They are soft shooting for 45s. I have never put an Apex in any of them because frankly, I like the M&P trigger just fine AND, to me, the Apex are cost prohibitive considering I'm one who likes the stock triggers. I think his price is reasonable based on a) the Apex, b) the Trijicon sight; and, c) the extra mag. Even on the low end pricing that's $250 in extras right there. A lot of guys on this forum would be tickled to pick up an M&P 45 for $250-$275 so they could finally justify a) putting in an Apex, b) adding a Trijicon front sight; and c) buying an extra magazine.
I agree with the guy above. Offer $475. He may just take it. If he doesn't negotiate, $525, as you inquired above, is definitely in the ballpark.

I have to agree with offering the $475. Heck, I'd offer $450 and negotiate from there but that's just me.
If the stippling is as nice as it appears in your pics (along with the Apex parts), it looks like a nice find.

LEO price at Bud’s $474.00. They come with night sights and 3mags. Just for comparison, and of corse don’t have the Apex trigger and other goodies. $513.00 is new standard price, without the night sights or extra mag.
I have one of those, and really like it. I’d say he’s in the ballpark, shoot him an offer and see what he says.

That's a fair price. They sell new for near $600 new. The trigger, sights and extra mag easily add $200-$275 to that investment.
FWIW, I have the same gun in FDE with apex and TFO sights. Love it . It's the gun I carry at the shop (with full sized mag and Xgrip). I wouldn't want to sell it but if I had too, $500 would be my bottom line.

That’s a fair price. I love my 45c. I think I paid $505 out the door new.

Okay, picked it up...and here it is. Trigger breaks cleanly at 4.5 lbs, bore was fine and previous owner stippled it (already ordered the Talons).
Here's a few pics:
