How many run the on their guns? Send do they make a filler piece for the front dovetail?

I use XS Big Dots now but also have interest in the Mepro FT Bullseye.

Is there a blank I can put in the front drive tail for aesthetics? And how accurate is it? I'm used to front + rear sights but open to change.
