I sent in my M&P .40 as the magazines didn't drop out as suppose to. They received it on Feb 23. They said it is "in the queue". I sent a follow up email twice trying to find the status and today received a reply they are they are applying a new frame. They indicate it will be a few more weeks for repair. Is this normal?

I had a different model that went back 3 times for magazine issues. I always suspected the grip well dimensions were out of spec meaning the entire frame was defective. On the third try, the factory agreed the gun couldn't be repaired. Maybe yours has a similar issue.
