Default M&P to M&P 2.0 Barrel and Mag Compatibility

I have a full size M&P .40 with the original barrel along with an aftermarket 9mm conversion barrel and mags for both calibers. Are the barrels and mags compatible between the 1.0 and 2.0?

Mags are compatible between original and 2.0 within given caliber and model. As to "aftermarket" barrels, you would have to check with the barrel maker.
