Question 380EZ 8+1 Issue?

I picked up my new 380EZ .really like this pistol but I noticed issue when loading the magazine to capacity of not being able to get mag into lock with slide in forward position, has anyone else had this issue? If so any work around?

Have you tried giving the base plate of the magazine a good bump with your palm to make sure it’s properly seated in the magazine well?

A high stress reloading won't be a problem because the slide will be back waiting for the mag to reload.

Yeah many are tight from the factory like that. Not unusual. And not a problem. Practice slamming the magazine home with every gun you shoot with. Won’t hurt a thing if the magazine is an original OEM magazine that’s unmodified. They’re made to go to a certain distance and then stop, no matter how hard you bump them.
