Is there a 2.0 version of this compact.MP compact 45...know they have the 9 and 40 out...but is 45 out..my gunshop says so...but i can't find one..thanks

There was a guy in another thread that said he had just bought one...but when I looked on the S&W site, there isn't a compact listed.* Just the 4.6 and 4.25 models, IIRC. While not a lot of difference, if they do make a 4" model, with 8 rounds standard, I'd like one. The 1.0 models would accept a 14 round mag, which I hope these new models will too...I think they will, since the 1.0 mags work in the 2.0 guns, unless I am mistaken.

*BTW, I'm not calling the man a prevaricator. Sometimes the website isn't always current with new models. The 1.0 M&P 45 Compacts are still for sale at online vendors, so I hope he wasn't mistaken in what he bought. Anyway, I haven't found them available anywhere, or even listed but not available.

Thanks...even smith said wasnt one out..curious where these coming from...local gunshop said they were selling them for 299..mp compact 45..not the 2.0...find it hard beleive..checked several sites..they dont have it listed..
