Default Full size/Compact Ameriglo M&P sights on Shield 9?

Hey guys sorry for the noob question, but when it comes to this topic I am a noob.

I found a hell of a deal on a set of Ameriglo sights for the full size and compact M&P and have a couple questions. These are part # SW-433B

1- would there be any issue at all installing these on or using these sights on a Shield 9?

2- would there be any issue or would it get rid of an issue, if I was to install the Ameriglo full size front sight on my shield and keep the factory 2 dot Shield sight on the rear?

Thanks for any help

The rear sight for SW433B is a bit wider than the SW433. The front sight for the SW433B is a bit narrower than the SW433. Not easy to interchange.

Just to confirm, by wider and narrower you mean left to right if I was looking down the sights, and not narrower/wider as in won't fit in the channels the sights mount into?

If option A (dimensionally different in width when looking down the sights), what do you think about me just swapping out the front sight and keeping the factory rear sight?

If option B, that sounds like a no go lol

The front and rear sight bases are wider or narrower than the recommended sights. They may not directly press into the dovetail cuts without modification.

If you have a sight pusher you could try it and swap it back if an issue.
