M&P 2.0 9 4.25
Looking at 9mm and was quoted 495.00 + tax (526.43) out the door. I’m sure I could get it cheaper but the local store and range has been good to me. This gun would compliment the shield and may be for winter carry. I know it would only be two more rounds but if I every move to a state that doesn’t treat gun owners worse than criminals I can get larger mags. Currently restricted to ten in the mag.
Thoughts on price?

I can also get a used Glock 19 for 445 since smith hasn’t cone out with the 3.6 or 4.0 compacts in ten rounds.

They have a huge turnover of stock, and stuff comes back in stock quickly! Click on notify me, and you don't usually wait long.

I like to support local business and end up paying more. It's worth it to me.

If you want a full size and are restricted to ten rounds , why not a .45. At least you wouldn't be using neutered mags. My first choice would be to save up and get out of that commie state. And there's nothing wrong buying local.

Moving is on the top of my list but family and in state tuition is keeping me here for another four-five years.
Was thinking a nine because the Shield is a nine so I could by 9mm for both. Didn’t think of a 45 but that is a good point. Really liked the 2.0, 3.6 but they don’t make a ten round in either 3.6 or the 4.0.

I just want you to have this comparison...
M&P 2.0 40 fde - GrabAGun - $406 and it was in the mail
$25 to transfer
$50 rebate card coming from S&W
It’s gonna cost me $380 before I buy the first ammo or spare mag!
BTW, AIM Surplus has used spare mags for like $11 in 40 and $15 in 9.

I have decided to wait on a new purchase. My Shield holds 8+1 and a new full size would only give me two more rounds and it won’t be as easy to carry. S&W missed the mark when they came out with the compact 3.6 and 4.0 by not offering a ten round option.

Considering that most of the country doesn't have bans on standard cap mags, I understand why S&W hasn't offered them yet. Also, why would they want to cannibalize sales from the Shield in those areas. The price is high when you look at online sellers, but average for an LGS, and I will often purchase from a local seller just to support them. That price isn't too bad and is on the high side of average around here in SEPA.

That is true about the mag limit and I understand why just disappointed. $495 is the lowest I have seen in my area. Some are up to $525 and higher. So 495+tax minus the 50 rebate would be down to 476.43.

What does everyone think about the CZ P10c? Lower price point and is the same size as 2.0 4” and the Glock 19.

The Cz p10c is my second favorite striker fired pistol. If my M&P 2.0's didn't have the awesome grip texture and Apex trigger's the CZ would be my number one. I hate to say it but I think the build quality is better too.

It looks nice and the reviews are pretty good. Plus it comes on a ten round capacity 5 year limited warranty. Would rather wait for the M&P 3.6” or 4.0” but don’t know when they will have 10 round or someone makes an aftermarket mag, I would hope they would but you never know.
The CZ also did really well on the military arms YouTube channel water, sand, dirt and mud test.

Held the P10c and liked it. Only issue is the mag release for a lefty is impossible to activate. So it looks like it might be off the list for me.

Is this the same pistol as the M&P®9 M2.0 Model # 11882? I'm thinking of purchasing one of these. Specifically, I'm looking for a full size M&P 2.0 in 9mm.

Your restricted to 10 rounds ? How about a Lite Weight 9mm 1911 - 10 + 1 or a LW 45 with 9 round mags for a 9+1 option with thin grip panels to take advantage the 1.12 wide grips ,for a thinner carry package thats also the same height as a full size . Down side is its 3.5 ounce heavier .
I have to many choices to carry . 1911 , s&w 669 edc is a p320c 40sw but I trying to get use to a dot optic so I'm shooting and CCing my wifes CORE right now . I would hate to carry a full size anything and be limited to 10 rounds mags so might as well carry a 45acp !! How about a M&P 45 compact , its 5" tall and 10 round mag , use HST 230gr in it

Decided to just stick with the Shield, I carry the 8 round mag plus one in the chamber so I am at 9.
If I am able to move to free America I will look at other options.
