Default New 3.6" M&P 40 2.0

I shot mine for the first time today. So far, I'm impressed with it. Mild recoil, great ergonomics, good trigger, and the size is perfect for me. This will likely be my urban EDC gun. Are there any issues i should watch for?

Assuming s&w made better barrels , check lock up and fired brass for case bulge . I pick up range brass and its easy to tell the difference between the first generation m&p and glocks when compared to the sig and kahrs I have . Other wise if accuracy is good for you when fired from a rest you should have a fine carry pistol . I normally carry a p320c 40sw but currently I shooting and carrying my wife's m&p core to try to get use to a dot optic for defensive shooting drills but it has a apex trigger group and barrel to make it a worth while shooter .

Don't just shoot 180gr , try some 165 or even 155gr ammo and see how you and your pistol like it .
