Mag sleeve
Does S&W sell the sleeve for the 17 round mags. I just bought a third 17 rd mag for my 3.6. Didn't see it on the store but I may have missed it.

You talking about the grip extension? If you don't see it on their site, give them a call. They have excellent customer service.

I'll assume your 3.6" is the 2.0. So by all means call S&W CS. They may even simply send you one.

I normally don't like grip extensions, but S&W did it right, I bought 2 17 round mags for mine (3.6 compact) really wanted more 15 rd, but the price was to good to pass up, and the grip extensions just feel right don't even know there on.

I tried to buy back straps for a used 2.0 full size. Cust svc guy sent me them free of charge

Well, they did charge, $1 each. I ordered two in the event I purchase another 17 rounder. With tax and shipping, it was $6 and change.
The CS rep referred to it as a spacer.

I just got off the phone with S&W CS. 2 mag spacers being placed in the mail. The wait time was annoying (on hold for more than 5 but less than 10 minutes) but once talking to a rep everything went perfectly. No charge and expected delivery in 7-10 business days.

funny, I called after seeing your post and they are charging me, I ordered 5, S&H and cost ones to 8.99
the last time I called, they didn't have them but sent me a free magazine, so I can live with $9.
