M&P 22 Compact Sight Alternatives
I just went through and changed my front sight on my 3 Glocks to an "orange" outlined ameriglo night (tritium) front sight. These originally had Glock Night Sights - 3 white dot with tritium ....
What I want is to find a similar color scheme sight set for the M&P 22 Compact I have. Doesn't have to be tritium/night sight, but looking for that orange outlined front sight and a rear sight that is either 2 white dot or just plain black.
What should I look at?
Thanks!

TruGlo makes TFX Pro (fiber optic and tritium), and Tritium Pro (tritium only) sights for the M&P that are configured the way you describe.

I put some orange fingernail polish into the concave front sight dot.
It works pretty good for me.

jamppp, Isn't your factory rear sight already just plain black ?
And it's adjustable too, which is nice on a .22.
You could just put a Tritium or TFO front sight on, I'd keep the adjustable rear if it was me.
I also like the Tru-Glo's, I have them on my M&P's.

It's been a while since I had a Compact .22, I couldn't remember if they were white dots or plain black. But the OP said he'd like either, so the factory rear sight should be good to go.

Looked at the Truglo link and it says "fit" excludes .22 compact....
I'll have to check if OEM rear is all black or 3 dot, 3 dot is what I recall, but Will have to check, and yes I agree I can just keep that and get a front sights. What front sight fits the .22 compact

Certainly the low cost option. I never like permanently altering the OEM stuff, but I may see if I can get a spare front sight to keep to restore to original if needed....

That won’t permanently alter the sight. That single drop of polish will probably come out in one piece if I tried.

The site suggests it's the same height as the OEM one and It certainly doesn't look any wider.

Went to order this front sight and realized they have .160 and .210 height alternatives . Anyone know which is 'OEM' height? I'll have to remember to go measure when I get home.
Measured it and it's .210 - which is what that item is - specifically for M&P .22 Compact.
We'll see how well it works!!
