Default Parts - M&P2.0 - 3.6" & 4.0"

Does anyone have both pistols, or a parts list, and can definitively share if the Recoil Spring Assembly is identical when comparing the M&P 2.0 4 inch model, and the M&P 2.0 3.6 inch model?

Looking at possibly getting the 2.0 in 4" and curious about compatibility of critical parts, already owning the 2.0 in 3.6"

Customer service is typically phenomenal at S&W, but I was on hold for a bit and decided this may be faster.

Well, discovered they are not the same.

Any input on how best to obtain part numbers?

I contacted them several days ago after being asked by a forum member about factory parts lists. The response from Customer Service was they no longer produce full factroy parts lists, or schematics.

Brownells (and Midway) still gives the OEM part numbers on their schematic SKU listings, but their model number lists and inventorys are limited.

Very unfortunate to hear, imagine it would save a lot of headaches across the board.

I will dig on Brownells and Midway, great suggestion.
