I took my M&P 2.0 compact in .40 out to shoot today. I wanted to try out the 9mm 2.0 compact barrel I bought for it off ebay. The barrel dropped right in, and it ran flawlessly using a 9mm mag.

I also took out my M&P .45 compact. I had just put in the Apex sear and wanted to try it out. A much improved trigger lead to greater accuracy. I have an Apex sear coming for the .40 today.

Is there a setup to go the other direction? 9mm to 40? I have a 5" barrel.

Breach face of the 9mm slide will be to narrow for the barrel of a .40 to fit.
