I assume not. But I was going to take my MP2 to California by plane, declaring it at baggage check-in. But Cally has that pesky 10 round mag limit. Any options ? Or is it even on roster in CA?

There are so many "rules" I'd suggest you leave it home unless you're competing with it, or it's required for your work. In that case I'd consult your employer.

Roster only applies to sales from dealer inventory.

You can NOT carry it. Must be in a locked container (like your trunk), unloaded. LA and SF have even stricter regs.

Thanks Saudade. I ha dread up on and planned to follow the rules: In manufacturers box, mag out of gun, bullets separate, TSA lock on case, declare it at baggage check in. Once in Cali I am allowed as a visitor to transport to where I am going as long as it remains locked and in trunk, mag out.

Only remaining caveat is meeting the 10 round mag rule. I appreciate the link for the mag!
