I broke the tube in the Hi-Viz front that came on my .40 PC Shield last year.
I called S&W, hoping they'd just send me a new one no charge, like they've always done with springs, followers and such.
The lady I talked to said they only sell the complete front Hi-Viz sight, cost was $55.
I said no thanks, and tried Hi-Viz. The person I talked to there said they only sell the whole sight, not just the tube, price with them was $45.
I ended up buying a set ( front and back) of Tru-Glo sights from Amazon for $76, that are both fiber optic AND Tritium, much better all around.
You should be able to buy the tubes by themselves, the Hi Viz front sight I got for my Ruger Mk IV Lite came with several colored tubes and a little tool to change them.
Maybe I just talked to the wrong person at both companies, or else that particular sight can't have the tubes replaced easily.
