Do the mag's for a M&P9c 1.0 fit the new M&P9c 2.0 which they now call the sub compact. (12 rd mag's)

Yes they do.

Just to be clear (for others), they do not fit the 2.0 Compacts (15 rounds).

All M&P double stack mags are interchangeable as long as the mag is long enough to fit in the grip.

And therein lies the rub. The 1.0 9c has a shorter grip then the 2.0. The2.0 mag will fit in the 1.0, but not the other way around.

People get the 1.0 COMPACT confused with the 2.0 COMPACT.

S&W added an in between size when they transitioned to the 2.0 line and changed the name of the 1.0 COMPACT-12 round mag, to 2.0 SUBCOMPACT. The 2.0 COMPACT is the new in between size, 15 round mag.

Per S&W web site the new M&P subcompact 2.0 / M&P9c 1.0 is still 12 round mag the compact is 15 rounds so yes that is correct
