Default Holster question for M&P 2.0 Performance Center 9 5.0

Hello everyone.. Next week I will be picking up my Smith & Wesson Performance Center M&P 9 M2.0 9mm Luger 5in Black Pistol - 17+1 Rounds. I am wondering about holsters and the fitment.

Does anyone have knowledge of what a good OWB leather holster would be that fits it? I looked online and I see holsters for M&P 9mm 5.0, but not the PC version. I also see them for the M&P 2.0 CORE pistol. It's a bit confusing as to what I see available.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is there any special/different about your pistol that a core holster won’t work? The core just has taller iron sights which should work fine for yours. Unless you have a light or optics then the any holster should work. Someone correct me if im wrong.

I have no idea. I guess the PC CORE holster should work, like you said, jut taller sights. But I thought I'd ask before ordering something.

Anyone have a recommendation?

thanks

I ordered a Simply Rugged OWB for my 4.25. Great holster, and they make the holster for the gun you’re ordering for.

I do not see one for a 5 inch barrel.

Thumbs up Two Great Holsters for M2.0 Pistols

I love my Galco scabbard, as well as their Combat Master holsters. The 5in fits in both just fine, though I tend to carry only 4in M2.0 daily.

Mine are in Left Hand, but they usually come in RH.
