Default Shield Plus recoil assembly and trigger?

Is anyone experiencing any issues with their recoil spring or trigger?
I'm on a few FB groups and there's been a few complaining. Mine hasn't had any issues but from what I've read it sounds more like shooter error because one person said both of his are doing the same thing. Here's one issue. My Glock 26 use to do this but it was my fault.

I believe you are right, shooter error. These Plus`s run flawless.

Nah, he finally admitted he placed it on the wrong part of the barrel. Probably off center

I figured that was the issue because I did the same thing on a Glock 26 I had and I was calling it all kinds of names until someone explained what I did wrong

My plus was doing that. Thought it was defective until I realized it's more finicky about reassembly than my 1.0 shield. Apparently if everything isn't lined up just right the recoil spring gets crooked and does just what that picture shows. My plus is tight everything is tight slide release take down lever safety everything.

just got the shield plus this week. i stripped it to clean, and noticed that the barrel doesnt really have much of a groove for the guide rod to sit in, compared to my other m&p's. did the regular shield have it?
