Default MP Compact 2.0 Optics Ready anyone own one?

Guys, today went to Cabalas and sold them mt CZ Shadow 2 SA for $530. my Sig P365 for $235, and my MP Shield 1.0 for $150 and in return used it to buy a brand new MP 2.0 Compact Optics Ready and got $240 bucks back.

I know many will say man you should have sold it on armslist, sold it on this forum, etc.. but I just didn't feel comfortable selling to a private individual and opted to bite the bullet and just get rid of it at a big box sotre.

anyway, any of you own the MP 2.0 optics ready and using a red dot sight? How do you like it? I have a 2.0 compact and love the gun with iron sights but after trying out my Sig P226 legion RX U absikyekt love red dots. your thoughts

I would not have traded the shadow 2 sa for that low a price specially when they wanted so much for the compact 2.0 OR but the deal is done . I have a sku: 13144 compact 2.0 4" optic ready with thumb safety model I bought local new from our general store that was one of several in stock and paid $540 plus tax about 2.5 months ago . I was going to add an apex kit , linked below so the trigger pull would be close to my primary carry a tuned up lw commander .

I bought a Holosun HE507C-GR X2 optic as I see the green circle dot better than red , learned that with fiber optic front sights . I like this optic very much using only the 32moa circle for basic defensive shooting drills and the 2moa dot work well for more controlled bullet placement at longer ranges ..
Forward Set Trigger Kit for M&P M2.0

If I deal with a local / area "buyer" that has a CCL I'll photo the person , car tag and his licence both car and CC and close the deal back it all the info up in paper other wise I have told one person to get his handgun permit needed in NC and when ready we will worked the change of owner thru our local ffl for there token 15 dollar fee .

Good luck with your m&p and I see our general store has federal 115gr fmj is available now for $189 for 500 rounds and a little better bargain for the 1000 boxes .

Yeah I know, selling my CZ Shadow 2 for $530 hurt but I truly hated that gun. I loved it when I first got it but as I put many rounds through it, I could not shoot it well. The trigger was stupid light, very crisp, barrel lock up was tight, by all accounts it should have been a tack driver but I was never able to be more than just combat accurate. My x5 legion on the other hand, has a rolling creep but smooth and that is amazingly accurate from downtown.

I was looking to buy the Holison model you have but the reviews were so so. Some owners said theirs was dead out of the box or didn't last long.

So I may just go with sig romeo pro 1 as Sig has a lifetime warrenty against any damage even if it is your fault

I have an apex trigger on my walther ppq and love it however their machining is not as good as greyguns triggers .Their customer service is also spotty at best. I like the stock hinged trigger on the mp 2.0 and it is easy to reach with my small hands.

Many of sig's electronic dot optics are mostly made by Holosun and in the Philippines like the second class romeo 1 pro I had and returned to amazon for a trade for a different brand on my wifes m&p . Both of these companies make several levels of dot optics in different brand names . Any one can sell the occasional junk . Even SIG's scope they sell to the military are only assembled here not made here !

Besure the tint on the lens works for you in low light , some of these dot optics are not that clear n low light , Holosun has a life time warranty too . Ha .

Apex curved triggers are easy to reach too . I not a fan of straight triggers in general . I use the small back strap on our m&ps . It sure is hard to find a pistol that feels better in your hand than an M&P .

Well good luck with how ever you set yours up .
