OWB, IWB, Appendix?
Left handed or right handed shooter?
Provide more info, we'd be happy to help you once you narrow the choices.

Talon makes some nice holsters. I have an OWB Talon for my Shield 1.0 and really like it. May want to check to see if they make one for your M2.0 Subcompact.

Vedder OWB and Crossbreed IWB.
I just ordered the Vedder Light Draw for my Shield Plus. They have a 20% off now.

Holsters for the M2.0 are the same as for the original Subcompact.
I got the Galco holster shown below for $10 on GB about two years ago.

I use a Tulster Profile iwb holster.
Fits the 2.0 Compact 3.6" and the 2.0 Subcompact.

I would say go with what feels good and works for you. Holsters are very personal, what I prefer you may not and vice versa. I myself prefer IWB leather as they are concealable 24/7 365. I've never had to adjust what I wear with an IWB though I've been known to use a Galco Miami classic shoulder system. For me, an OWB I've never cared for because it always feels to me the gun butt is in my armpit.

There are many holster companies I have tried and did not like any of them. Vedder holsters truly makes great ones that not only feel comfortable all day, they do not mark up your gun, and the angle is so awesome and allows quick draws. I have other brands that made it close to body but you couldn't get a good grip on handle of gun
