Default New Shield Plus PC 4" Ported with CT-1500

As much as I liked my Sig P365 "hybrid", a 365 to which I installed the XL grip frame, I wanted to upgrade to a red dot compatible pistol. I suppose I could have ordered an optic ready slide from Sig and purchased a red dot for it to the tune of $500-600 but then I spotted the Shield Plus at the LGS. I've been watching threads here on the forum and watching reviews and decided to jump back onto the S&W semi-auto band wagon.
I liked my Shield 1.0 except for the terrible trigger (traded for the Sig) and then the 9EZ (sold to finance a Model 17-2 investment) so it was an easy choice.
Feels good in my medium size hands, really like the grip texture. I can get almost a 3 finger grip with the ten round mag but it would feel better if I could find a pinky extension base plate for it. Does anyone know if there is a source for the extensions??
The trigger is excellent IMHO, a shorter travel than the Sig and a lighter and crisper break.
Hoping to get to the range soon.

Just to clear things up, I have a Holoson 507k-GR x2 on my Sig P365 with a P365X slide. So, the P365 can be optic compatible and the MAP price for the slide is $299 on Sig's website.
