Default Easy upgrade for M&P pistols
I put Talon grips on both my M&P compact and Shield Plus. I found that it increased my control and speed of follow up shots. Well worth it for $20 for older shooters.

Yup, the Hogue sleeve worked wonders on mine, though a bear to install.
