How do you find a SKU # that doesn't Show Website?
Good evening everyone! I am ordering an M&P from my dealer, and he gave me a SKU # 11700. This sku does not show up on their website. How can I find out what the product looks like and has for features, if it's not listed?
Thank you in advance!

I’m not aware of five digit SKU’s, however I do not follow anything S&W currently makes, I only care about the stuff many years out of production.
My suggestion is to double check that SKU and see if a digit is missing somewhere.

I wonder if it is a show or distributor special? I have a Buckmark that was not in the standard Browning listings back when I bought it; perhaps SW has versions like this on their line.

This number is not a SKU, it is probably the first 1/2 of the SKU, that identifies the manufacturer. The second 1/2 of the SKU is what identifies the actual product. The second bar code identifies the price and is usually shown in arabic numerals above or below the bar code.

Ranger, that's what I was thinking! I haven't been able to find anything on it on the internet though. I am going to call customer service and see if they have any info on it. If they don't, I'll ask the Dealer to check the sku # again for me.
I have the FS 9 Spec RO Tu-tone 4.6" Supr. Height Night Sights, with coin and Dagger, The gun is a great shooter. I want a second for practice and as a backup in case of warranty/breakage/etc.etc. I just don't want to spend another 800.00+ dollars on it... So I am looking for a very similar M&P for what I mentioned. I might also be putting my RMR on top of it, so this is the sku# the dealer gave me when I told him what I wanted.

SKUs are 5-digit numbers and there are many for M&P models.
I believe your current M&P is SKU: 13450.
What you described seems close to SKU: 11770.

Looks like 11770 has the threaded barrel but not the optics cut. Sights are contrast. If you want to mount a red dot, you'd need the slide milled or use a dovetail mounting plate.
SKU: 13564 has the optics cut with tall sights, the new style trigger but 4.25" barrel. So you would need to source a TB for it.
SKU 13564

Here is an update, the gun ordered was an 11770. I actually wanted the 13564, but if they had the OR with a threaded barrel, then that's what i would have taken. I didn't want another tu-tone I wanted all black. Then I saw the 13564 and ordered two of those. 1 for training/backup if the other for carry/competition goes down or needs repair. I also ordered this configuration so I don't have to send the slides out to be milled for the Optic and forward serrations.
Thank you all for your help, I am looking forward to seeing if the New Trigger Shoe is as nice on the range as it is Dry-firing in the shop.
