Great shooting. Your previous video shooting the swinging steel plates was neat, too.

That is sweet! Well after nearly two months I finally managed to get my stocker with a cheap 3x9 out to the range for dialing in.

After ten rounds I got it hitting at 50, now working the outer quads on similar target got some good groups of three, then the pain took over and I was flinching everything so I did not take it out to 100!

Magpul stock with thick pad and a muzz brake ordered today!

Who said a pencil barrel will not shoot? I figure at 300 that is a dead hog!

300 yards is a breeze with this set-up... I've gone out to 500 yards at a friends ranch with M118 LR 7.62/51 milsurp ammo and was getting 4" groups (no wind - 60 degrees) consistently.

As far as your shoulder, if you have an extra $100 hanging around (and don't mind the "BIG UGLY") get a JP Enterprises Recoil Eliminator.JP - Recoil Eliminators
This thing is a piece of genius...

I would not trade my set-up for anything, especially these three items... Geissele SSA-E Trigger - JP Enterprises Recoil Eliminator - JP Enterprises Captured Spring Buffer... Not overstating, but this .308 shoots nearly as soft as my pellet rifle. And follow-up shots are fast-as-heII because the rifle doesn't move... Watch this video of my friend shooting steel (and a couple of soda bottles) at 250 yards (his first time on my gun, right out of the gate !).

Nice grouping, but it appears most are just a tad right of centerline.

Have you made the proper corrections yet?

I ask because at 110 yds I know you can do better...agreed?

Sweet & Creative Video, I like the closeup action a lot !

Darn nice shooting gun for cheap ammo! Besides the free-float is your trigger stock?

Hey Mike, I'm running a Giesselle SSA-E trigger… The first one I've owned and it's smooth as glass… Well worth the investment...

I always seem to drift right when shooting from the prone position… I'm a left handed shooter so my trigger finger pulls ever so slightly to the left when I'm not paying attention to it… A common mistake when not concentrating on trigger control… Good catch !!!

I'm trying to schedule some time at my friend's ranch again to do some 500 yard practice with the GoPro camera… I've got a few different types of "High Dollar Match Grade Ammo" and going to test it against the cheaper "Military Surplus M118 LR"… Curious to serif the extra $$$ are worth spending….
