Default Can someone measure buffer tube for me?
Hi all. I recently added solid stock to my rifle and I want to reuse the 6-position tube that was on it from factory in a new build. I will be building an ar15 carbine, so I need to know how much longer out M&P10 carbine tube is compared to an AR15 carbine tube.

I am gonna fabricate an internal spacer and just reuse the tube. I would like to start making it/looking for it before my parts arrive so I can be ahead of the game.

A2 tube is what ya need...so why bust yourself up just to jerry rig something?

the S&W CAR tube is 7-15/16 long I don't have a "standard" CAR tube to measure for you

ya I will prob just spend the $20 and buy a carbine tube. to heck with it
