Default Suppressor

Has anyone had the chance to shoot their M&P10 using a suppressor if so what kind did you use. How much of reduction in db did you observe and how did it effect the accuracy?

I'll let you know some time in the latter half of 2014 when I am allowed to take possession of my AAC Cyclone paid for Feb 8. Apparently 8-10 weeks from check caching to pending is not uncommon and most stamps being approved right now had 9 months from pending to approved (could get worse). There have been check delays with cashing as well. I have 3 Form 1s and 2 Form 4s pending and one Form 4 where the check was cashed about a week ago.

Mike

I sent in two form 4s last week so I might see my stamps next spring.

Using the ShureFire FA762K, with the SureFire quick detach muzzle brake (211C); also a low profile adjustable gas block. The rifle and ammo work fine. The sound signature with the *can* on is vary comfortable no need for ear protection.

The accuracy of this rifle is not any place near what I am accustom to; yet it is the same with or without the suppressor. The 5 round mag. provided with the rifle has continued failures to feed after the 2nd round, the same problem with a DMPS 5 round mag.
With a 20 round P mag. the rifle seems to function properly.
As for after market refinements, APEX and ERGO seem to be the only compatible.

This rifle is now on the for sale wall at the gunsmith I work with and yes I know I
may seem nuts to others after what I have put into the rifle! But I do not put a rifle in my safe to work when it feels like or give me headache after headache.

If you want to destroy long range accuracy, then get a suppressor.
