Default Hunting Ammo and Accuracy

For those of you interested, I tried three different 150 grain rounds, two 168 grain rounds and one 165 grain. Unfortunately, I left the 150 grain target at the range so I will do that one over and post results later. However, they were just as good as these. Sighting in was done on sand bags at 100 yards.

Nice shooting. Any groups less than 1" with hunting ammo are great regardless of the rifle.

Nice shooting and Happy New Year!
What hand guard is that and is it full/free floating?

It is a free-floating Troy TRX 12". I am very pleased with it.

Time to go kill stuff. Most bolt guns won't do that.

Default Here's Fed M116 150gr Surp. Ammo @110yds

Here's a unique close-up video of a few rounds of Federal M116 Link 150gr Surplus Ammo at 110 yards. Three rounds to zero and a couple of fly-aways but most on target.
