Default Bipod for M&P 10 6.5 Creedmore

I am new to shooting longer range and this gun. Please help with suggestions for a bipod for M&P 10 Performance Center 6.5! I am looking at the Harris HBRMS, but do I need the 6-9 or 9-13 and is this a good choice?

I am in the same boat you are. I have looked at many on line but haven’t chosen one yet. I have noticed a wide price range. As far as height goes, I am still undecided. Might just have to try the 6” - 9” for starters. I want one that pivots and fastens to the rail attachment.

6-9 is good for the bench but too low for most shooting prone. 9-13 is good for prone but can be a bit too tall for a bench. It depends on the person and the height of the bench as to how well these generalities will fit you. For me, they seem to hold pretty true. 9-13 is usable on the bench but a bit tall at it's lowest setting.

Check out the UTG Recon bipod.

Been switching them out and getting rid of the under barrel type.

For me, there is only one bipod worth buying. Atlas.. Hands down the best.

I don't like spring loaded bipods, so Harris is out.
