A NIB S&W M&P15 for $699?????
This is not a for sale add. I am posting this because this is such a great deal and is MA. and NJ compliant. I just ordered one. Better yet S&W has a rebate coupon at the bottom of the listing for 5-10 round mags or 5-30 round mags . Best price I have found was $799 until I found this for $699. Also no charge for credit card! Shipping UPS Ground was also $15. It arrives at my FFL tomorrow.

That is a very nice deal-leo indeed, 5 mag rebate! Only wish the mags came fully loaded! Is the price of 223 coming down? The ARs are from where they were 6mo ago. Don't have a black gun but sure am getting tempted!

I just saw your post and was going to reply. Ordering couldn't have been easier. Ordered off the website. Payed with credit card with no extra fee. Total came to $715 shipped to my FFL. Got it 5 days after it was ordered. Best was my friend is a FFL and no charge for transfer. Now I just need a scope! You can print the paperwork for the 5 free mags but they sent that along with the rifle.

make sure you know what you're buying-from what I read the stock is pinned in place and not collapsable.

How in the world can you get a NIB for $399? So how can $699 be an excellent deal?

yeah, thats what I figured. i guess for that price, you could swap it out for a collapsible. (assuming its legal in your state of course! )

It's a good thing you and me bought them when we did. The price is back up to $799. I figured they might be below dealer cost. I checked the website for the rebate for the mags and they got the info. Unfortunately I did not send a copy of my receipt so I had to resend the paperwork. They did do a great job pinning the stock. Just right for me! A shame we live in conunist states and can't get all the bells and whistles on our AR"S but for the price this was well worth it. I told you it would be a smooth transaction with Larrys Pistol and Pawn. I will surely buy from them again!

Whoever made this thread is an evil person who only made me itch for days. Finally, after seeing prices and specials change, I pulled the trigger and paid the $699 for the ORC version.
I can't wait to get the extra magazines from the rebate. Anyone know how long that will take?
I guess to the OP, thanks for the heads up, but don't do it again!
Merry Christmas all.

Be sure and check the gas key to see if it is properly staked, my M&P15x (born Feb 09) wasn't. I had to have it done properly with a MOACKS tool. MY M4 feed ramps were also not fully cut and the upper to lower receiver play was terrible.
I emailed S&W, they told me to call to get a Return Authorization. They emailed me the FedEx pre-paid shipping label and I had to take it to a FedEx depot. When I got the rifle back the note said that the rifle was brought up to S&W's specs. They put a new upper receiver on that had properly cut M4 feed ramps and now the upper to lower fit is tight as a tick. Damn fine customer service if you ask me.

i cannot wait to shoot mine.
I ordered it from Larry's the night of the 18th, and had it in my hands from my FFL on the 23rd. That was a pretty quick turn around.
I do plan on swapping out the rear stock to a collapsible one, and I will probably change out the front rail with a flat top for rail-estate.
Thanks again to the OP for passing on the deal.
So for around $300 I am still under the price of a T model, and will have 6 magazines once the rebate mags come in.
